2. Pro Subscription Refunds

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

2.2 After the Guarantee Period

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial months of a subscription
  • Unused portions of a billing cycle after cancellation
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors, extended service outages, or duplicate charges).

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this period, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining term.

3. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and content, all digital product purchases (e-books, guides, reports, tools) are considered final sales once the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical error on our end
  • The product is materially different from what was described
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

4. How to Request a Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Paddle or Gumroad)
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • Upon refund, your access to Pro features will be revoked immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the circumstances

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts for any outstanding amounts.

7. Free Trial Conversions

If you signed up through a free trial that converted to a paid subscription, you are still eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your first charge. We recommend setting a reminder before the trial ends if you are unsure about continuing.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns)
  • Account suspension due to fraudulent activity
